PLC Grilled Chicken
I cook with love, garlic, and not enough measuring cups.
Ingredients:
12 thin chicken cutlets or 8 pargiyot
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp PLC House Blend
Cooking steps
Step 1
Place everything in a bowl or zip-top bag and mix to evenly coat.
Step 2
Preheat a grill pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, add 1 Tbsp oil to coat and place chicken down in batches.
Step 3
Cook for 2 minutes on each side (add an extra minute or two for dark meat).
Step 4
Eat alone, or add to sandwiches, wraps, and salad!
