No Fail Salmon

The easiest salmon you'll ever make, lemon, olive oil, and Thank You Hashem Blend do all the work. Crisp on top, tender inside, and just as good cold over a salad the next day.

Ingredients:
8 4–5 ounce salmon filets
2 lemons, washed well and halved
3 Tbsp Thank You Hashem Blend
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Cooking steps

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or dish.
Step 2
Place salmon filets inside. Squeeze all 4 lemon halves over the fish, then add the squeezed lemons right into the dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle spice blend over the salmon and drizzle olive oil over the top.
Step 4
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the top is crispy and delicious.
Step 5
Serve hot or cold. Leftovers are amazing the next day over a big salad or rice bowl!
