No Fail Salmon
I cook with love, garlic, and not enough measuring cups.
Ingredients:
8 4–5 ounce salmon filets
2 lemons, washed well and halved
3 Tbsp Thank You Hashem Blend
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Cooking steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or dish.
Step 2
Place salmon filets inside. Squeeze all 4 lemon halves over the fish, then add the squeezed lemons right into the dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle spice blend over the salmon and drizzle olive oil over the top.
Step 4
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the top is crispy and delicious.
Step 5
Serve hot or cold. Leftovers are amazing the next day over a big salad or rice bowl!
